Senior Housing for 62 and older, we also offer disabled housing as well. The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.

Senior Living

Our spacious 1-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. Each building has its own laundry facilities. We also have planned social activities for residents to enjoy. Utilities included!
